1. What is Label Transparency?

  • Label Transparency is a movement rooted in FDA Regulation that was designed to protect consumers. It means that the ingredients listed on the label are actually in the product at the dosages listed. It also means the product dos NOT contain any other items which are not listed on the label. Label Transparency prevents deceptive practices often associated with terms like Proprietary Blend, Proprietary Formulation or Contains Fillers. Questions about Shipping

1. When will my order ship?

  • All orders ship same day, Mon-Friday if the order is received before 2PM, Mountain Standard Time.

  • You will receive a ship notification containing a USPS tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

4. What to do if my order doesn’t arrive?

  • Please give USPS 3-4 extra days to track and re-route your package. If after that time, your order has not arrived, contact us and we’ll get a replacement order to you or provide you with reimbursement.

Money back guarantee

  • Mycelial Life offers a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your product. Customers need to contact/notify for approval and directions as to where to send the product to be returned.  Return shipping will generally always be at the customer’s cost.


  • Mycelial Life will give a full refund on the price of any product purchased when the product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with security seals intact, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Gift cards can't be refunded

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased and refund will be made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Mycelial Life.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at explaining your situation and we’ll provide directions on where to send the product(s).

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the issuer of the gift.

Shipping of Returns

  • To return your product, you must first contact us and we’ll provide you with an address as to where to mail your return. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelling Subscription Orders

  • If you have purchased a product on a recurring order, you may only cancel your subscription after a minimum of 2 orders have been processed.

International Orders

  • Quoted time frames excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to other causes. 
  • Signature on delivery service may only be available to certain countries, as is the tracking.
